When you search images on eligible Google services, like Google Lens in the Google App, you can choose whether Google saves Visual Search History to your Web & App Activity when you're signed in.
To disable SafeSearch on Google, open Google, go to Settings > Search Settings, then untick "Turn on Safe Search." On iPhone or Android, open Google, then navigate to Settings > Search Settings, and select "Show Explicit Results."
