The Human Rights Cell is established in the year of 2013 on the patron of August Supreme Court of Pakistan for dealing with the application received from public at large against the violation of Human Rights by authorities of different governmental offices and private persons.

In its strictest meaning, an international human rights court is an international court whose ratione materiae jurisdiction is attached to a binding international human rights instrument.
