As of June 30, 2015, it became mandatory for all attorney's practicing before the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County to e-file all civil case documents. Please note that each court might have their own preferred forms.This notice explains your rights and responsibilities to file an appeal from such an order or judgment. There are two separate stages to the appeal process. To be eligible for rights restoration in Pima County, a person must have completed their sentence, including parole or probation.
