Discrimination means, at a very basic level, the act of separating out singular things or groups of things. It can be both an adjective and a verb.To "discriminate" against someone means to treat that person differently, or less favorably, for some reason. Discrimination is unfair treatment of one particular person or group of people. Discrimination can happen to achieve gains (e.g. Best food, land, popularity), to stay in a social group or class, or to protect gains. Complete discrimination occurs when the prices for each good are all different. For example, if a student is not allowed to go to a school because of his or her race, the school is discriminating against that student. Notice, about all misconduct that may occur in the workplace. 63. For a discussion of the definition of "management level personnel" in a Title VII case, see.
