You must go to the student services office in your college or regional campus student services office to initiate the withdrawal process.

01 - TSI Assessment (TSIA) To resolve the hold, official proof of exemption must be provided by a high school or college transcript, an official test score report, or by taking the TSI Assessment in one of our campus Testing Centers. For questions, please contact tsi_info@collin.

If you must withdraw, you should always withdraw officially by going to your advisor or dropping the class on your student account. You should not withdraw from a class by not going to the class anymore.

Note that to order official transcripts, students will need to order through a third party called Parchment. You can navigate to the Parchment website through the Collin website.

The action of withdrawing from a course is taken after the add/drop courses deadline. Dropping a course refers to having the course removed from the student's schedule before the add/drop deadline.
