Visit the BBB online. Search for the company's name, and specifically search for the location where you did business if it's a nationwide business. Click on the company you want to file the complaint against from the list of results. Click the link that says "File a Complaint" on the company profile.
The BBB gives the consumer the ability ot complain and it just as well gives the business the opportunity to state their position. It also allows for either party to explain how the situation was resolved - if at all.
Business will be asked to respond in 14 calendar days from the date you filed the complaint. If a response is not received, a follow-up letter will be sent to the business. Consumer will be notified of the business response when the BBB receives it and will be asked to respond.
Go to BBB. org and click file a complaint. BBB sends a complaint to the business who has 14 days to respond. You will be notified of the business's response and ask to respond.
