OVERVIEW. The Owner-Occupied Minor Home Repair Program is designed to provide home repair assistance for existing eligible homes. The program does not reimburse for repairs prior to applying for assistance. Assistance is given in the form of a fifteen (15)-year, 0% interest, deferred payment second mortgage.
