The first step to get help with paying your fees and tuition is to submit an application for financial assistance. You may complete an on-line application at the Contra Costa Human Resources Department at 651 Pine St., 2nd Floor, Martinez, CA 94553.Download and complete one form per permit for each job site. The form is in PDF format, can be filled out electronically and saved. To apply for graduation you need to apply online via the InSite Portal. Minimum Criteria: Must have graduated from medical school or medical residency within one and a half (1.5) years of applying (January 1, 2023). Once your application is complete, click on Proceed to Certify and Submit. If you arrived from another State, you will need to complete a new application with us to qualify under California rules and regulations. After completing a FAFSA, allow 3-5 business days for processing.
