A request for continuance must be made no less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled hearing date and shall not be granted absent a showing of good cause. Any request or motion to continue the trial date or extend the last day in a complex case must be in writing, pursuant to Rule 35.1. a.If you need to reschedule, you may file a written request with the clerk at least 5 days before your scheduled court date.
