Epoxy resin can seem like an expensive hobby at first. At around $80 per gallon for a high-quality art and craft epoxy, with potentially higher depending on where you shop, the upfront costs scale early. But most art projects don't require a tremendous amount of epoxy, and a little goes a long way with most crafts.
A wooden art board or wooden canvas is the best surface for resin art because it is a sturdy base that will not warp or bend. You can paint directly onto the wooden canvas with acrylic paint, or glue on an alcohol ink painting, and then cover it with a resin topcoat. This is my favourite way to use epoxy resin when mak.
Take a scraper and get as much of it up as you can. After that, use acetone which should cut the resin. Try not to leave a puddle of acetone as it will lift whatever finish there might be on the floor. Wet a paper towel and get up as much as you can. Repeat until satisfied.
