The adjusted gross income level at which the credit percentage starts to phase out is raised to $125,000. Above $125,000, the 50% credit percentage goes down as income rises. It is entirely unavailable for any taxpayer with adjusted gross income over $438,000.
Eligibility & Required Documents Must be 18 years of age. Background check for provider and all household members aged 18 years and older. Fingerprint clearance card for provider and all household members aged 18 years and older. Current immunization records for provider and all family members aged 13 years and younger.
The ALTCS gross monthly income limit is $2,901 (effective January 1, 2025) for an individual. If you are married, ask for a Community Spouse Information Sheet. If your income is over the limit, you may still be able to qualify by setting up a special type of trust.
Child care assistance is available for a parent with an income at or below 165% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) with children Birth through age 12 who is: Living in Arizona. Participating in an eligible activity. Teen parents enrolled in high school, GED, ESOL, or remedial education programs.
