I am sending this letter to request an unrestricted concealed carry permit. I am a business owner and have been a resident of Ulster County for about 8 years.I am writing this letter to request an unrestricted New York State, Erie County, Pistol License. To apply for a new permit, you must start with the Sheriff's Office. At any rate, I sent my judge an honest letter (page long) that claimed no special reason why I should get a CCW. An applicant must complete the CPL Application and return the unsigned form and documentation of the required training to the county clerk's office. How do you protect your firearm from theft out of your home. I respectfully request that my Pistol Permit be amended to remove the (Sportsman etc.) restriction. This is your application for a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities or for a Certificate of Good Conduct. Please review this information carefully.
