The Administrative Rules Board shall meet each week at am on Thursdays, and then at least once every two weeks thereafter. The Chairperson will notify the Clerk of the Board to post the cancelation on the.County website and in the County Administration Headquarters Building. The Clerk of the Administrative Rules Board shall publish the notice and agenda for each Board meeting on the County's web site no later than p.m. Special meeting may be called. No business shall be transacted at any special meeting of a Committee except the particular business for which said meeting. All meetings of the board at which official action is taken and deliberation upon official business is conducted shall be open to the public. Notice of Council committee meetings when scheduled shall be posted on the City's website at least three (3) calendar days prior to the meeting. All Board of Directors' meetings for the Cuyahoga Land Bank are open to the public and include an opportunity for public comment. Ohio Sunshine Law requires school board meetings to be open to the public with the exception of matters required to be kept confidential.
