As part of the Michigan Assured Admission Pact (MAAP), Oakland University will offer admission to all Michigan high school graduates who have earned a cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 or above (on a 4.0 scale).
You will automatically be considered for OU scholarships, and awards are based on your academic record, including GPA and SAT or ACT score (if applicable), at the time of admission (test superscores are not considered at this time).
Once your application materials are received, Undergraduate Admissions will make a decision within 4-6 weeks. If applying less than four weeks before your intended term of entry, we will prioritize your application and make a decision as soon as possible. Admissions decisions are sent by U.S. mail.
