Section 333.170 - Procedures for award or withdrawal of contract 1. Whoever makes an offer can revoke it as long as it hasn't yet been accepted.A revocation of offer is the withdrawal of a previous offer to engage in some sort of legally binding contract. Unfortunately not; not for this type of contract. A contract is binding as soon as it is signed, and there is no general right to cancel within 3 days. Intent: Under general contract law, the offer must express the parties' present intent to contract. Revocation of offer case law can occur any time before an offer is accepted. The law allows buyers to cancel within seven business days of signing a contract. Nevada law requires prompt payment to separated employees. Terminated employees must be paid immediately.
