This course provides a "how to" on teaching policing approaches that emphasize respect, listening, neutrality, and trust (Procedural Justice) In the performance of their duty, law enforcement officials shall respect and protect human dignity and maintain and uphold the human rights of all persons. The Sourcebook gives you the basic legal principles and information–often with specific examples–to help you best exercise that good judgment. This course melds the principles of Procedural Justice and Implicit Bias in order to create a broad awareness of these two important concepts.
