When leaving the university, you must submit a letter of resignation to your manager and HR providing your last day of work. Provide a specific date.You must apply in order to receive benefits. Contact your Retirement Coordinator approximately 90 days before separation. My resignation letter will be on sentence and include my final day of employment. Email is sufficient. Give your employer at least two weeks' notice. Employees with a long tenure at the company typically give a month's notice or more.
