The only notice requirement for a regular meeting is to have a schedule of the public body's regular meetings kept on file at its primary offices. A special meeting requires at least seven days and no more than 30 days notice to the members.Regularly Scheduled Board Meetings. An annual meeting of members must be held at the time and place stated in or fixed in accordance with the articles or bylaws. The notice requirements depend on the type of meeting. Notice of the annual meeting must be given to members at least 21 days but no more than 30 days before the meeting date. Written notice of regular and annual meetings shall be given to the members at least fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting. May participate in the annual election of Directors. c. Any business may be transacted at any meeting without mention of such business in the notice. Notification of the annual meeting shall be in accordance with the Open Meeting Law, Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.
