How to fill out change major at ftcc? Visit the Change of Major page on the FTCC website. Download and print the Change of Major form. Complete the form in full, including the student's name, ID number, and signature. Select the major you wish to change to.
College students can change majors at any point in their college career. However, the sooner you change your major, the less impact the change will have on your graduation date.
You may request a change of major by submitting an online application through StudentAccess.
From .nhcc, hover over Student Resources along the red bar on the top of the webpage. From the dropdown menu select Forms. Under the Records and Registration heading in the right hand column, select Transcript Request From. It will go over everything you need to complete your request.
