Dear Chairman Board of Elders,. I am writing to withdraw my membership from Grace Community Church.Got my membership withdrawal letter. You can always write a formal letter to your local church board stating your request and the reasons why. I wish to bring to your attention a matter of personal significance- my decision to end my membership with our church. NOTE TO MEMBER: The church requires a signed request from each person requesting withdrawal. This form should be given to your pastor for processing. In the case of a withdrawal a simple announcement that someone has withdrawn from the church should suffice. Keep it short and to the point. I joined TNPC last month; however, I still need to write the letter officially terminating my membership at my parents' Methodist Church.
