Once the credit balance process is completed, direct deposits should appear in your designated account within 3–5 business days, and paper checks should be received within 3–10 business days. Please remember that processing times can vary, and the University cannot be held responsible for delays in mail delivery.

Fill out the withdrawal form provided on the website or available at the Devry University office. Provide accurate and complete information on the form, including reasons for withdrawal and any supporting documentation if required. Review the form for any errors or missing information before submitting it.

Students electing to withdraw from the college must contact the Admissions and Records Office/Office of Enrollment Services no later than two weeks before the end of the last class meeting and may be required to file a written request.
