Dear Chairman Board of Elders,. I am writing to withdraw my membership from Grace Community Church.Got my membership withdrawal letter. You can always write a formal letter to your local church board stating your request and the reasons why. I have the intention of writing and submitting a letter to the church I was a part of that would basically entail withdrawing my membership. To become a church member, our church constitution requires you to sign a Bond of Union and make a pledge of financial support, in any amount. I wish to bring to your attention a matter of personal significance- my decision to end my membership with our church. Our office only registers licenses issued in San Diego County. Appointments are available up to 7 weeks in advance and fill up quickly. Most appeal and request letters require a page or two.
