The public has the right to attend meetings of public bodies, listen to debate and watch the decisionmaking process. Special meetings are scheduled as needed.Agendas must be made available for emergency, special and rescheduled meetings not part of the board's published annual meeting notice. If all of the members of the Board are present at a special meeting, lack of notice shall not invalidate the proceedings. Public meetings or hearings to be held in the PSC at other times require advance notice to the Council office. With respect to meeting notices, Special Commissions must file a meeting notice with the clerk of either the House or Senate.
