With respect to meeting notices, Special Commissions must file a meeting notice with the clerk of either the House or Senate. This is intended to be a guide for chairs of multiple-member bodies, and their associated members, responsible for posting meetings and filing minutes.Notices must contain an agenda with a numbered list of topics the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed. A corporation shall hold a meeting of shareholders annually at a time stated in or fixed in accordance with the bylaws. Under current law, the required notice of a meeting must include "a listing of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting. Official Agendas must be emailed in a Word or PDF document format that contains all necessary Board information. All meeting notices (agendas) must be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
