FOREWORD. The 2011 Nevada Legislature enacted significant changes to the Open Meeting Law. This is the newly revised 2011 Open Meeting Law Manual.See § 6.02 for items that must be included in the notice and agenda if not covered in the notice for the meeting. The Open Meeting Law requires that written notice of all meetings of a public. 23 body be given at least 3 working days before the meeting. ▫ Nevada notice website. ▫ Posted no later than 9 AM of the 3rd working day before the meeting. Meetings to be open and public; size of facilities; limitations on closure of meetings; notice of meetings; copy of materials; exceptions.
