Many students starting in fourth grade and up to high school are encouraged to attend the meeting after being thoroughly prepared by teachers, counselors and you. It is a means of involving them in the decision-making and seeking their valuable input and feelings.

Your opening meeting should not include all potential auditees. Rather, you should only invite the auditee management, and where appropriate, those responsible for the functions or processes to be audited.

Meeting attendees should be those who can contribute value to the meeting as a whole, or a specific agenda item. Meeting attendees should be equipped to prepare thoroughly for the meeting. This allows them to collaborate asynchronously with other meeting attendees ahead of the meeting.

Locate the student's profile. From the Actions bar, click Documents. From the Create New Document drop-down menu, choose Notice of IEP Meeting. Click the Go button, then click the Create button. From the Type of Notice drop-down menu, choose the appropriate notice type. Click the Save, Done Editing button.

Typically, the main players in a pre-construction meeting are the project owner and the contractor. However, relevant managers and upper stakeholders should be included.

The IEP team is termed a CSE in New York and is a team typically made up of a child's parent or guardian, general education teacher, special education teacher, school psychologist and the district's CSE chairperson.
