Sealing means that eligible court records are sealed from public view and are only accessible to law enforcement and some government agencies for criminal justice purposes. Cases that have been sealed/expunged should not appear on a private background check.
Public records include documents, papers, letters, maps, books, tapes, photographs, computer based or generated information, data, data fields, or similar material prepared and maintained or received by an agency.
To amend a return, check the amended return block on Form 600. A copy of the Federal Form 1120X or Federal audit adjustments must be attached. Mail the amended return to Georgia Department of Revenue, Processing Center, P.O. Box 740397, Atlanta, Georgia 30374-0397.
