In 2021, the Washington College Promise will guarantee financial aid to eligible students ($61,500 annual income for a family of four). Students may attend a community and technical college, public baccalaureate institution, independent college, eligible private career school or apprenticeship program.

Undergraduate applicants must meet minimum course requirements, called College Academic Distribution Requirements (CADRs), which are set by the Washington Student Achievement Council and the faculty of the University of Washington.

College Bound students promise to: Graduate from a Washington high school or home school with a cumulative 2.0 GPA or higher. Apply to college. Submit a financial aid application (FAFSA or WASFA) in your senior year of high school and each year of college.
