The 1st page must have a margin of at least 3 inches from the top and 1 inch from the other 3 sides. Each page after that must have at least 1 inch for each. All forms are available in PDF format unless otherwise noted. The Court recommends opening PDF forms with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Forms and pleadings shall be printed in standard text fonts (eg, Arial or Times New Roman) and in standard point sizes (eg, 12 point or 10 point).
