Board meetings are held in the Covington Chambers on the first floor of the County Government Center, located at 385 N. Arrowhead Ave. To make a public comment, please fill out a public comment form in the Board of Education Community Room prior to the start of the board meeting. SBCTA is responsible for cooperative regional transportation planning and furthering an efficient multi-modal system for San Bernardino County. The San Bernardino Community Scholarship Association has created a unique platform for donors to give back to their community and provide hope and opportunity. This has allowed the Association to award annual scholarships to students at every high school in the district.
