A. The "No Disclosure without Consent" Rule. Under Florida law, lawyers are not permitted to keep some kinds of information from the public record.This access must be made available no later than 60 days after the department receives the initial report of abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Article I, Section 23 of the Florida Constitution recognizes a person's right to be free from governmental intrusion into the person's private life. The Privacy Rule, generally prohibits the use and disclosure of health information without written permission from the patient. (c) The court orders such release. This agreement applies to disclosure of the protected information that is exempt from Florida.
