Starting January 1, 2024, Kaiser Permanente (Kaiser) will no longer be a contracted provider network of Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP). This is because Kaiser will have a direct contract with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in Santa Clara County and be their own Medi-Cal health plan.
