All section, block, lot, and unit numbers pertaining to the property should be on the first page. If you have a deed reference number, or need additional assistance finding a deed, a clerk in the Department of Land Records can help find the deed for you. Once a deed is recorded it cannot be changed. We recommend you consult a real estate attorney or title company to prepare a new deed.
