Minors age 14, 15, 16 and 17, are REQUIRED to be present in Court with a picture ID for all matters.This can be a current school ID or an Illinois State ID. The letter also must indicate that the money is a gift and that there is no expectation of repayment. Pin down the specifics of the property in question. Clearly state the property's address, ensuring there's no ambiguity about where the gift funds are intended. The purpose of this letter is to document that the money does not need to be repaid as well as the donor's name, contract information, and relationship to you. Use this form to request a full or partial withdrawal, including an Indirect Rollover, from the IL ABLE Account. A gift affidavit lets a donor attest that an item is a gift and not something the donor will expect compensation from in the future. Keep in mind, the amount of the transfer must match what's stated in the gift letter.
