You can find and recover deleted whiteboards from the Trash tab in Zoom desktop client, Zoom web portal, or Zoom Web App. Whiteboards in trash can be recovered within 30 days before they are permanently deleted.

Sign in to the Zoom desktop client. At the top, click the Whiteboards button . The Zoom Whiteboard dashboard will display. Note: If you don't see the Whiteboards option, click More and then select Whiteboards from the list.

Create or open an existing whiteboard. At the top right, click the ellipsis icon . Select Save Page as Template. Enter a name, add description, and select categories for your template.

How to create a personal meeting template Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Meetings. Click Schedule a Meeting. Choose any meeting settings that you would like to apply to the template. Click Save. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save as Template.

Creating the polls Ensure advanced polling is enabled in your web settings. Schedule a meeting as you would typically for this meeting. Once the meeting is scheduled, scroll down to find the Polls/Quizzes tab. Click Create and select Advanced Polls and Quizzes. Create the questions as you need. Click Save.
