I found genetics easier than cell bio. I liked the class a lot. It is basically a review of cell bio with slightly more in-depth material. Molecular biology is a review of both of these two courses.

Cell Biology can be challenging, but it's not impossible. The material is dense and there's a lot to memorize, which can be overwhelming at first.

Molecular and Cellular Biology is one of the toughest majors at UC Berkeley. Majority of the students declaring this major are those that are wanting to go to graduate healthcare schools (optometry, dentistry, etc.) and/or medical schools.
