People over the age of 18 who lack the physical or mental capacity to provide for their daily needs are vulnerable adults. Vulnerable adults live in the community in their own homes, in other residential settings or in healthcare facilities. Not all vulnerable adults are senior citizens.

Through the use of volunteer drivers, older adults are provided with door to door transportation to medical appointments, social engagements, shopping, etc. All trips are provided using the volunteer's personal vehicle.

This program serves persons aged 18 or over who lack the physical or mental capacity to provide for their daily needs. Fill-out forms allow you to enter information into a form while it is displayed on your computer screen and then print out the completed form.Instructions for filing personal state and local income taxes for full- or part-year Maryland residents. The information you provide will be used to (1) help improve programs for seniors, or (2) find out if you qualify for a program. An advance directive allows you to decide who you want to make health care decisions for you if you are unable to do so yourself. This article is designed to give you general information on how courts decide custody and visitation rights in Maryland. To make a request, please complete and submit the following form at least two weeks prior to the event, and allow five business days for decisions to be made. File the form in the District Court in the county where the rental property is located. Those who requested a mail-in ballot but end up voting in person will have to vote a provisional ballot. Not mentioned in the regulations.
