Use Form 8915-F if you were adversely impacted by the coronavirus or affected by a qualified 2020 or later disaster. It replaces Form 8915-E beginning in 2021.

Form 8915-F can be e-filed. Form 8915-F can be completed electronically and e-filed with your tax return.

A coronavirus-related distribution should be reported on your individual federal income tax return for 2020. You must include the taxable portion of the distribution in income ratably over the 3-year period – 2020, 2021, and 2022 – unless you elect to include the entire amount in income in 2020.

Form 8915-F is to be used for distributions for qualified 2020 disasters, as well as qualified 2021 and later disasters) and for each year of reporting of income and repayments of those distributions. It also is to be used after 2020 instead of Form 8915-E for coronavirus-related and other 2020 disasters.

If you want to revoke a prior tax information authorization without submitting a new authorization, write "REVOKE" across the top of the particular authorization that you want to revoke. Provide a current taxpayer signature and date under the original signature that was provided on line 7.

In addition, some Forms 1040, 1040-A, 1040-EZ, and 1041 cannot be e-filed if they have attached forms, schedules, or documents that IRS does not accept electronically.

Under normal circumstances, once the temporary guardians of the child agree to terminate the agreement, they can end it by signing a stipulation. And there will be no need for a legal proceeding.

The guardian must NOT be mentally incompetent. The guardian must be over the age of 18. If the guardian is not a Nevada resident the guardian must designate a registered agent. The guardian cannot have any felony convictions, no matter how old the conviction.

Most of the time, if the temporary guardians of the child choose to do so, they can end the arrangement by putting a condition in writing. Furthermore, no legal action will be necessary.

If, at any time after the petition is filed, the petitioner desires to withdraw the same, he shall file with the hearing clerk (or, if filed during the course of a hearing, with the judge) a written request for permission to withdraw.
