The Governing Board meets on the second Wednesday of the month. Most meetings begin with a closed session at p.m.SECTION I: The membership of the Conference and the CSC shall be the incorporated cities and towns (hereinafter "city" or "cities") in Contra Costa County. Please see the complete monthly meeting calendar schedule for further information including locations. Rostered leaders may write a report to share at their annual meeting. They also fill out an online form that gets submitted directly to the synod bishop. Meeting Procedure: The Chair shall preside at all meetings, and shall proceed with the business of. The Chapter shall hold at least six (6) membership meetings each year. I look forward to our partnership going forward. Each delegate to the Annual Meeting must be a member of the church and can only represent one entity.
