This program will help you write a letter that formally requests the money you are owed. This is called a Demand Letter.To collect money, you must first get an EJ-130 Writ of Execution. Complete and mail to you a Judgment Debtor's Statement of Assets (SC-133) . If the letter requesting payment of the judgment does not work, now what? You need to figure out what assets the Judgment Debtor has. To obtain a writ of execution, you must file an "Affidavit and Request for Issuance of Writ of Execution. File a Writ of Execution (EJ-130) so the court can direct the sheriff to enforce your judgment. Get the form called Request to Pay Judgment to Court. You must provide the date the judgment was "entered" on the docket.
