This document sets forth uniform guidelines for evaluating the performance of regular University of Houston staff employees. The purpose of this form is to gather standardized information from all potential presenters interested in speaking at an HR Houston monthly meeting.Performance appraisals provide a means for informing employees about the quality of their work and identifying areas of performance that may need improvement. At UST, we value each member of our staff and academic family and are committed to their well-being and growth. Part of this process involves new employees receiving a stack of paperwork to fill out and providing personal information. This proposal form DOES NOT offer you the ability to log in and out -- once started, you will need to COMPLETE IN FULL. It does not necessarily signify agreement. It also certifies that I understand how my individual performance is linked to the organization's mission and goals.
