The purpose of this handbook is to provide information that will help with questions and pave the way for a successful year. Student employees will follow the same code of conduct outlined in the Collin College Student Handbook.The handbook should also include information on at-will employment, policies and procedures, overtime, family and medical leave, and termination procedures. It's not legally required to provide an employee handbook. All faculty members (full-time and associate) are entitled to academic freedom and bear a concomitant dedication to academic responsibility. Have at least ten (10) years of service credit in the ERS, TRS or ORP, or any combination thereof. Employers must collect signed acknowledgment forms indicating each employee's receipt, review, and understanding of the handbook's contents. Request information about employee handbooks.
