I signed an employment agreement where it says that I need to give more than 2 weeks notice. The company is located at an "at-will" employment state. Employers are not required to allow use of more than 40 hours of Paid Leave in a 12- month period. However, your contract could potentially specify penalties for not respecting the 90-day notice period. My notice period is 45 days but my employer want to buy out 30 days and i want serve only 15 days of Notice period.
