Application pleading or petition may be sent to the Industrial Tribunal or Labour Court by registered post or may be presented before it or in its office by the party concerned personally or by his duly authorised agent.
Any person who is a workman employed in an industry can raise an industrial dispute. A workman includes any person (including an apprentice) employed in an industry to do manual, unskilled, skilled, technical, operational, clerical or supervisory work for hire or reward.

Approach the Labour Court This suit can be filed under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. However, this suit must be filed within 1 year from the date from which the salary is due. The Labour Court has to decide the case within 3 months.
Register your complaint with Ministry of Corporate Affairs Register your complaint online with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. You need to fill up this form with information such as your name, city, country, nature of complaint, complaint category, company name etc.
