Generally, working 32 hours or more weekly may classify an employee as full-time, aligning with the IRS and the Affordable Care Act's criteria, which consider 30 hours a week or 130 hours a month as full-time. For the most accurate definition, consulting directly with the employer in question is advised.

A motion may be withdrawn at any time prior to its return date by filing with the clerk a written request signed by counsel for the moving party.
The return date is the court date. The party making the motion chooses the court date and puts it in the Notice of Motion so everyone knows when to come to court. NYSCEF wants to know the court date and has a calendar button to find the court date you picked.
Decisions. If the motion or OSC can't be settled, the Judge will make a decision. Sometimes, the Judge makes a decision right away. If not, the Judge has 60 days by law to decide the motion.

The Brooklyn Supreme Courthouse is located on Adams Street between Joralemon and Johnson Streets. It also houses the Registrar's Office, County Clerk, and Surrogate's Court. Construction on the Supreme Courthouse began in 1955.
