Each employee is eligible for Annual leave of 14 days after completion of one year of service. Unused leaves can be carried forward for up to 12 months in future.

Ing to The Factories Act, 1934, every employee who completes twelve months of continuous service is entitled to 14 consecutive days of annual leave during the following twelve months. This leave is also likely to be applicable to most employees under the Shops and Establishments Ordinance, 1965.
