Grades are viewable on the student's MyPima Academics tab. Grade reports or mailers are not mailed. To challenge a grade, a student must do so through a formal process. Please refer to pima/current-students/complaint-processes/.
Complete your FAFSA for the desired aid year OR update your FAFSA with Pikes Peak's school code: 008896. If you are not eligible to submit the FAFSA based on your citizenship status, learn about ASSET and submit the Colorado Application for Student Financial Aid (CASFA).

After orientation you can register online through MyPima. Once you're on MyPima, you can also manage your student account, explore classes, see your grades, and make payments. If you prefer, walk-in registration is available—dates and times vary by semester.

If you are still having trouble finding a school code, contact your college's and career school's financial aid office. It is possible that your school does not participate in federal student aid programs and does not have a school code.
Electronic Transcripts (eTranscripts) must be sent from the issuing institution through a secure web delivery system (eTranscripts forwarded by students will not be accepted). Paper transcripts must be delivered in a sealed, unopened envelope from the issuing institution. 4905B E. Broadway Blvd.
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.
