Eviction Steps: Step 1 — Issue Notice. Pursuant to Florida Statues Chapter 83.56 a notice is required prior to filing an eviction. Step 2 — Fill out Forms. Step 3 — Service the Tenant. Step 4 — Judgment & Writ of Possession.

The Notice of Commencement shall be recorded in the office of the Clerk where the real property is located. See Florida Statute 713 for detailed information, including posting requirements.

A Notice of Commencement is a document that establishes the formal start date of a construction project. It identifies stakeholders such as the property owner, lender, and GC. NOCs are filed in the county the project if located in, and usually posted at the job site and distributed to all participants.
