The answering party shall serve a copy of the answers, and objections if any, within thirty days after the service of the interrogatories. The party submitting the interrogatories may move the court to dismiss an objection and direct that the interrogatory be answered.

(a) General rule. --A copy of the summons and complaint shall be served upon the defendant at least five business days prior to the first hearing in the action. Service of original process shall be made in ance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.

(b) A return of service shall set forth the date, time, place and manner of service, the identity of the person served and any other facts necessary for the court to determine whether proper service has been made. (d) A return of service by a person other than the sheriff shall be by affidavit.

Briefs or memoranda of law shall be typewritten, printed or otherwise duplicated, and endorsed with the name of the case, the court term and number, and the name, address, and electronic mail address of the attorney or the party if not represented by an attorney.
