Rule 4005 requires the inquiring party to leave sufficient space after each interrogatory for insertion of the answer. (a) (1) Answers to interrogatories shall be in writing and verified.The answers shall be inserted in the spaces provided in the interrogatories. The plaintiff should insert in the first blank the name of the document being accepted, i.e. , writ of summons or complaint.
